Justin Belleme
Owner / Social Media and Search Engine Strategist

Justin Belleme has been providing web design and online marketing to clients in this area and elsewhere for over 10 years. His specializations are search engine optimization, social media strategy, and online marketing, but he also have significant experience in online publicity, website design, and online video production and promotion. He has worked with some top-level companies in the Asheville area including the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Grove Park Inn, Tupelo Honey Restaurant and The City of Asheville.

Justin has lived in the mountains and Piedmont of Western North Carolina his entire life and currently lives in Downtown Asheville. He enjoys exploring nature; participating in sports including disc golf, basketball, and flag football; and cooking delicious meals for family and friends. He loves the Asheville area, and is happy to be able to give back through his work on AshevilleNow.com.

Sarah Benoit
Innovator / Director of Content Creation and Training

Sarah is currently the principal of Creative Original, an online PR, SEO and social media consulting and training firm here in Asheville. Sarah is also a long time online marketing and social media trainer for Mountain BizWorks, Score Asheville, and the AB-Tech Business Incubation program. She has been teaching and training since 2006.

Sarah Benoit is also an online marketing, SEO, keyword research and social media specialist. Her approach to Internet marketing is based on the idea that quality matters more than quantity. She has helped numerous clients achieve and maintain page 1 rankings and develop a social media presence that is exciting and generates responses from target audiences. She has worked in a broad range of industries and locations.

Tiffany Naron
Innovator / Director of Social Media Marketing

Tiffany is the social media marketing manager at JB Media Group. Over the last 9 years she has run various social media and marke ting campaigns in the Asheville area including: Volt soft drinks, Cheerwine & The Grove Park Inn. A journalism major from UNC Asheville, Tiffany is a write r at hea r t and has written freelance stories on artists such as John Waters, local favorites Toubab Krewe & Josh Phillips as well as for area festivals including Loki, Lake Eden Arts Festival,  Lexington Avenue Arts & Fun Festival , the Virgina-based music & arts festival Floydfest and more. Her work at JB Media Group encompasses several aspects of today’s online media and marketing technology, using social media, traditional PR tactics & online PR promotion to provide a full-circle branding technique for all of her clients.

Ian Urquhart
Innovator / Director of Video Production

Like many children of the 1980’s, Ian L. Urquhart grew up with a singular passion for film and television. Ian was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, and after graduating from The Asheville School went on to pursue his dreams New York University’s prestigious Film program, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2003.

After NYU, Ian remained in New York City, working his way up the ranks in network television to the position of writer and producer. Over the years, Ian won numerous awards for his industry-leading work in cable television on-air promotions. In 2009, Ian returned to Asheville, founding For All Audiences Productions, a full service video production and marketing firm serving clients in Western North Carolina as well as larger markets like New York and Los Angeles. Ian’s work is regularly seen by national and international audiences numbering in the tens of millions.

Leah Quintal
Innovator / Project Manager

Leah is excited to be a part of the creative team at JB Media Group. As Project Manager she helps clients understand how to e x pand and e xtend their messages through the infinite reaches of the Internet, and acts as a guide in that process.

She is also currently the Outreach and Project Coordinator with American Green International, a media company dedicated to providing simple, affordable, culturally-appropriate, sustainable technologies to developing communities world-wide. Gift of Light for Haiti, the inaugural effort of AGI, aims to distribute 1000 Nokero solar light bulbs to women living in tent cities in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Leah has previously worked as a science writer and project coordinator with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
